Rates & Policies

Base Rate: THB 4,500 / night (Rates may vary during seasonal periods, holidays, and promotions).

Cleaning Fee: THB 2,500

Security Deposit: THB 15,000 (Collected and refunded via your booking platform, subject to property inspection).

Minimum Stay: 1 night.

Cleaning Services by Length of Stay

• Monthly stays (28+ nights): Complimentary weekly cleaning included.

• Mid-length stays (14–20 nights): One mid-stay cleaning included.

• Mid-length stays (21–27 nights): Two mid-stay cleanings included.

Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time of booking.

By confirming a booking, all guests agree to our full House Rules & Policies.
