Your Access Code: For your security, detailed instructions and your temporary one-time access PIN will be sent to you via your booking platform's messaging app approximately 24 hours before your check-in time.

To help you pack a little lighter, hereβs a guide to what we provide and what we suggest you bring.
What We Provide for Your Comfort:
Freshly laundered, anti-dust mite linen, including pillows and blankets.
One full towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, face towel).
Hairdryer provided in each bedroom.
Iron and ironing board.
Starter toiletries in each bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, kidsβ head-to-toe wash, and tissue paper
Complimentary welcome refreshments, including Thai tea and coffee beans.
What We Suggest You Pack:
Clothing: Lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen are best for Bangkok's tropical climate.
Rainy Season Gear (Essential for June-October): A compact umbrella or a lightweight poncho is highly recommended for the sudden (but often short) rain showers.
Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes are a must! You might also want a pair of sandals or flip-flops.
Health & Sun Protection: Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, any personal medications you require, and mosquito repellent for the evenings.
Electronics: A portable power bank is invaluable for long days out. While our sockets are quite versatile, a universal travel adapter is always a good idea.

Passport & Visa: For our international guests, please take a moment to double-check that your passport has at least six months of validity from your date of entry into Thailand. Please also review Thailand's visa requirements for your specific nationality.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost items for peace of mind.
Your Arrival Details: To help us ensure everything is perfectly ready, could you please share your flight number and estimated arrival time at the airport once you have it?

A Note on Allergies & Bedding: For your comfort, we proactively use 100% non-feather pillows and anti-dust mite linen sets. However, if you have any other severe allergies (e.g., to specific laundry detergents or foods), please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
